The Kuki Women Organisation for Human Rights (KWOHR) has issued a press note expressing sincere appreciation for the Officer-in-Charge of the Churachandpur Women Police and her team, citing their prompt and professional handling of the recent case involving Mrs. Tinneilhing Baite. The organisation described the police response as commendable amid widespread public grief and concern surrounding the tragic incident.

In its statement dated April 14, KWOHR highlighted the swiftness and seriousness with which the OC and her team acted to book the accused and initiate legal proceedings.
